If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you must provide a 24 hour notice. No-call no-shows and appointments cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance will be required to pay 50% of their previous service at the time of booking a new appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule out of respect for the next client.
